In an era where 70% of American households include a pet, the line between simply "owning" an animal and truly championing its well-being has never been more critical. While the terms are often used interchangeably, pet care and animal welfare represent two different pillars of a single responsibility. Pet care is the daily grind—the feeding, the walks, the vet visits. Animal welfare is the philosophy behind those actions; it is the ethical framework that ensures a life worth living.

We owe it to our silent companions not just to keep them alive, but to design their lives so that, in their final moment, they have known more good days than bad. That is the difference between owning a pet and respecting a life. If you are ready to improve your pet’s welfare today, start with one action: Schedule that vet checkup. Buy a puzzle toy. Or volunteer two hours at your local shelter. The animals are waiting. petlust man fuck cow video portable

About LEAP

LEAP is my personal collection of electronics projects - usually involving an Arduino or other microprocessor in one way or another. Some are full-blown projects, while many are trivial breadboard experiments, intended to learn and explore something interesting.

Projects are often inspired by things found wild on the net, or ideas from the many great electronics podcasts and YouTube channels. Feel free to borrow liberally, and if you spot any issues do let me know or send a pull-request.

NOTE: For a while I included various scale modelling projects here too, but I've now split them off into a new repository: check out LittleModelArt if you are looking for these projects.
